The High Value of Faith

God holds faith in high value in His kingdom. 

Nothing happens in His Kingdom without faith. Nothing. So, whether you have ever pursued growing in faith or you have never ever even thought about it, pursuing faith is an exercise of value here on earth, even as it will be when you enter His Kingdom.  

“But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.” Ephesians 2:4 - 7

Note in these verses how inclusive the language is. God made us alive with Christ, raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him. And all this so He might show His kindness toward us in Christ. Paul is communicating to you and me that we belong in the Kingdom — with Him. The concept or idea Paul is communicating is that we are with Christ; we belong to Christ. We are with Him. We are in Him.  

We have works to do and we’re going to need faith to do them!
