Words of Worth-Ship for God

In my most recent blog I encouraged you to create a vocabulary list of words to worship God with.

How’s your list coming along?  Have you had a chance to get to that list of words and phrases that describe the Lord?

Let’s take a minute right now to look at that list.  Let me share with you a brief list of words and phrases I frequently use to worship Him.

God is

Amazing

Beautiful

Astonishing

Majestic

Wonderful Counselor

Everlasting Father

Prince of Peace

Mysterious

Full of Wisdom, Glory and Power

Tender

Merciful

Gentle

Mighty Warrior

Savior

Rescuer Deliverer

God, you are amazing!

Please take a minute or two and read that list again…and again!  He is worthy of our praise and worship!

One last thing.  Look through your favorite scriptures and passages.  See what words of worship they hold and add them to your list.  Develop your vocabulary.  Choose to learn
